  31. I think EVERYONE does that!  I see something cool somewhere, and I think, 
  32. "How hard would it be to do that...?"  The worst part is when you find 
  33. something that IS real (like a building here in Providence, RI, with a 
  34. weirdly-lit blue top) and it looks like bad CGI, so if you did try to do 
  35. it, everyone would say "Why did you do THAT!?"

  37. Another example is a friend of mine who modeled a blimp.  A number of 
  38. people (and almost me, too) told him that he forgot to turn Smoothing on 
  39. on the blimp.  They appologized after he pointed out that blimps are 
  40. SUPPOSED to look faceted.
